The Dereel Community Hub Annual General Meeting will be held:
7pm, Monday 4th October
Dereel Soldier’s Memorial Hall,
14 Swamp Road, Dereel.
In 2020 and 2021, many of the community events we organise could not happen due to COVID restrictions of one kind or another. We hope 2022 brings a renewal of community, and we hope you join us in making it happen. We will have membership forms available on the night.
Some of the things the Dereel Community Hub Inc. does are:
- this Dereel Spokes website and the printed newsletter
- Hub Cafe on Saturday afternoons (currently on hold)
- quarterly Community Days
- auspice and manage Community Planning grant (a new Community Plan will start soon)
- enable interest groups to meet (for example, the Art In Dereel grant for workshops)
We hope to see you at the meeting. Everyone is welcome. Please let us know you would like to attend by emailing dereel.dchi@gmail.com so we can plan and meet our COVID-safe attendance limits.
