Fiona Robson has commenced her role as Dereel’s Community Wellbeing Officer. Here is a note from Fiona to the community:
Congratulations on the move across to the renovated community centre on Saturday. The Centre is looking amazing and ready to be used.
I have been asked about what happens now and have created a program of activities for July.
The first session is in Diabetes Week. A diabetes educator will speak on Tuesday morning, 5 July, from 9.30am. Please come along and bring friends and family.
I am interested in your thoughts and ideas for Dereel. I will be setting up an office in the Soldiers Memorial Hall and plan to be at the Community Centre on Mondays and Tuesdays.
I look forward to working with you and getting to know the community better.
