Ballarat District Nursing and Healthcare (BDNH Group) are pleased to advise that they have been appointed to manage the Dereel Hall & Community Centre. Facility management has been handed over from Golden Plains Shire to BDNH group and Community Wellbeing Officer, Lucy Osmond, is available on Mondays, Tuesdays and alternate Wednesdays to provide assistance. Everyone is encouraged to use The Centre. New groups and events are very welcome.
In addition to managing the facility, BDNH Group provide a wellbeing program in Dereel to support current community groups, facilitate health and wellbeing sessions and provide health checks.
BDNH Group also offer a suite of services from their Ballarat office that include nursing, home care and podiatry.
Spaces available to hire include; the newly renovated Soldiers’ Memorial Hall, newly renovated kitchen and dining space, a private meeting room and the Community Centre.
